well i have tried a lot of mmorpgs before but i did not stay for long. The longest i have played is ragnarok which is for more than 5 years.
But because of studies and work i have been off mmorpgs for a while and now hoping to find one that i will really like.

Runescape is good, free and there is no danger of getting addicted like with Linage or WOW :)

I absolutely LOVE MMORPG games. Maybe a little too much. xD I usually tend to latch onto a certain MMORPG for a month or two and then I get bored of it and tend to return to it later on. But I spend some more time than I really should on playing games. It's not too bad, though, because my husband's into the same sorts of games, so we usually end up playing them together or talking to each other about it and using it as a bonding technique. ^_^

It happens to me two.I stick on a game for about one or two months, then I get bored,I play something else, and then I return to the previous.I think that is happening because I spend too much time.:)

I like MMORPG Games but I think there are a lot of good ideas still missing. I too like WOW and Runescape and also some anime style MMOs like Secret of Solstice and Ragnarok and even Maple Story but overall there are really few really new ideas in the genre. I do like to see a good MMORPG based on Heroes of Might and Magic or a good MMORTS based on Civilization. I think if we consider MMORTS also part of the genre, many ideas could be brought there. Also maybe a couple of years from now combination of MMOs and virtual reality could be something popular.
