What's wrong with people?

When I watched this movie, I saw an example of of overcoming that left me a lesson for my life. However, when I look into the real world, what I see are people giving up their lives, their dreams, being dominated by their problems. What`s wrong with the people? Why they`re giving up the fight?

Interesting.
It seems we all see the same things in different ways. It seems it is possible for empowered people to "apparently give up their dreams." in the "eyes of other people."
There's the story of an individual belonging to a royal family. He decided to be a commoner and raise a family as a commoner. In the "eyes" of most people, he gave up a dream. But perhaps in reality, he followed a most important rule - "Be."
