What are your thoughts on the upcoming Aquino Administration? What are your hopes, wishes, dilemma, angsts on this new chapter our country, the Philippines is facing.
For me I am pretty sure there will be alot of pointing fingers and adjustments at the start of his administration. Definitely, a prosecution againts Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and her cabinet is clear to see. I am not wishing but more controversies about the presidents famous sister will hit the news and would definitely affect Aquino's image as the new president. I do hope for a better government in his regime. I hope sin taxes gets approve and the VAT removed from the people. I hope to see more school buildings, highway roads and job opportunities for the Filipinos.
How about you guys, what are yout thoughts? Will Ninoy live up to what we expect him to be?

Well, as usual the Aquino Administration will still receive different criticism and many protests as well. Filipino people has no contentment they always find lapses against the administration. Everything will still the same as what the previous administration was.

I agree with you,our country men are hard to please. But it has been like that for decades already. I guess we can't do anything about it. But it would be really helpful if each and everyone would try to cooperate to the new administration.

Although my personal choice was Gibo Teodoro, I am still excited for the upcoming Aquino Administration. I wish that P-Noy can handle our country well. He can eliminate all the corrupt people here in our country. I hope that he will try to work on how to stop poverty too. I hope that in his supervision, he can help all the people that has been suffering from any form on injustice (Ampatuan's Case). I am praying that he will give his best in managing our country. God Bless Philippines!

That reminds me, what happende to the Ampatuans. I hope P-Noy and his cabinet members would be able to give justice to those who have experienced crulety and injustice in the past government administrations. I do hope that no more journalists would die because the were merely doing their job.

I am hoping that the new administration will not follow the outgoing administrations mistakes. I hope that he will be given the chance to make things right for our country. I know there will be many attempts to discredit this administration once again and I hope that the administration will be able to rise from every challenges they are accused of and not hide in their position and privileges.

hi there! i don't expect too much of the new president and his administration right now. in the first place he's not really my bet during the elections. but knowing a little of his family's background i have a good sense that he'll never plan nor think of cheating the filipinos. his sisters and their family values will make him a bit trust worthy president we can rely on. i just hope his intelligence will make him the most successful president of the country by regaining the country's better economic status. happy mylotting!

I really hope the new President would not "stain" his parents legacy. His mother's administration had a fair share of ups' and down's, but still she was able to emerge as a well loved leader and an inspiration to many Filipinos. I hope our new President's courage is more than enough to be able to change the government.

I really hope God bless our country and our new leader. I am really tired of reading news about corruption, abuse of power. I want something new. Something good for the Filipino who has already suffered a long long time already.

I am also a Gibo supporter. But since P-Noy is the elected President, I have to respect that and contribute as much as I could for the improvement of our country. I hope P-Noy does his part too. And I hope he does good on it.

I have high hopes with the Aquino's administration but I don't expect immediate result. I think 6 years is just a short time to make the Philippines renewed in terms of political and economic growth, what I expect more of him is to do necessary decisions that will be beneficial to us in the future. Indeed, it is not easy to do all the major changes that our country needs, all of us should work for it not just depend on our country's leader.

well, i second the motion to all what you have said, but I would be honest, Im not expecting much to this new Aquino regime.Right from the time he was leading the canvassing, he was not giving proper image to what a president should be doing.Like not living in the palace, using the PSG, and other things he want to do on his way like the oath taking to the supreme justice. But I do hope that he will perform for the betterment of the country espevially for the poor ones and those poor kids who have to work in point blank of their age, though I dont expect that much. He has a lot to prove. and i don't think he did proven anything from his past positions. anyway, To God be the glory and lets just pray he'll seek his path according to God's plan for our country and not to those people he indebted himslef while in campaigning season
