Hi all. I'm having a problem managing my time. Actually, I never practiced time management until I started working. Before, when I was a full-time student, I was just rising from bed, fixing myself for an hour, and go straight to school. But now, now that I am working and studying as well, I find it so hard to manage my time. Everything is difficult to handle. I tried to organize everything. Actually, I bought myself my own organizer and a daily planner so I could schedule everything properly but sooner, I didn't work longer. Everything turned out to be the same. I'm getting sick of it. How bout you? How do you handle TIME MANAGEMENT?

The most important thing about time management is prioritizing things. You only have so much time in one day. Let's say you have 10 hours. 10 one-hour tasks would take up all the time, or 5 two-hour ones. We can't squeeze everything in, so before you begin your day, list out the things you have to do in terms of importance, and stick to that unless circumstances change. You'll find tasks completed orderly. Also, can plan something for odd leftover times too, like doind a bit of reading, or taking a small tea break, chatting on the phone, things like that.

I have this problem too and had picked up a book to read about it. It actually offered quite a lot of solutions but this is the one I've been putting into practice.

When you have a lot of time you lose the quality of time management and most of the time may be lost. When I have more duties, I do more, I manage my time better and I try to use my time, I write what I shall do and when on small pieces of paper and I usually cope with my duties :) Try to use the daily planner, have it open all the time :)

Thanks alabella, I actually did that before but didn't work for me. I guess the wrong is with me. I'll try that again anyway and I hope this time it will work.

I think ur sticking to strict schedule which disabling you from meeting all things.if u are able to make some time between ur events there is a chance to entertain urself on every event.

Time management is the most important things in our day to day life.First of all we should make, how many hours we are working in the day......then we have to do time to time.We should follow the timing schedule .....if we are not, mean we will lost the chance also for example interview.
