Brazil entered the last eight thanks to a clinical performance against Chile. Brazil won 3-0, thanks to goals from Juan, Fabiano and Robinho. Brazil dominated the match, and Chile after a good first 20 odd minutes completely fell away as the match progressed. Fabiano now joins the race for the Golden Boot with his third goal of the tournament.
What do you say about Brazil's performance yesterday?
Cheers!

ram_cv,
I think with last night's performance, I am sure Brazil is the team to watch indeed and you just cannot deny that they are a very highly self motivated and disciplined lot.
Currently, their attacks just seems to take every known defense and shred it with every know how and brilliant finishing touches. Other than the Germans, I feel that the Brazilians by far has been and if not the most credible team in the tournament. Looking at their consistent track record from their Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) qualifiers till qualifying for the quarterfinals this morning, they really have proven beyond any reasonable doubts of their potentials in winning the cup.

Brasil's last night performance was electric..
Chile never stood a chance, Brasil's defence was tight unlike the earlier games..They never allowed chance for good shots on goal..
Play style is getting better and few fine dribblings were in the match..Bastos is one such skillful player, and of course Robinho leads the pack of beautiful play..
Chile's attack and defence were not bad, but they coudnt match up to the standard of Brasil team..And their shots on goal were very unaccurate..
I hope Brasil will make it to top and take the 6th worldcup home..

i think chile had work hard to make the position is balanced but the fact that brazil is the better than chile. bielsa is great coach i think but maybe he needs 5 years to make chile as a power in south america and maybe can beat argentina, brazil. congratulations for brazil but they had to play good because their next opponent is holland

My old time favorite Brazil, Joins the Pack of Argentina, Spain, Germany....
this are the few picks that I expected to try all their means to Enter the Finals, if so just the Semifinals perhaps....
but i believe if only Ronaldo was paired with a couple of Strikers 20-25 years old like germany had, Ronaldo and his team leads the wild card for semis....

Brazil was really good in this match .
I am happy that Fabiano scored again in this match.may be he also has a chance for golden boot of this year. i am happy with their performence in this match.i hope both Argentina and Brazil will continue winning in the remaining matches also and meet in the final
brazil is lucky to get holland in the quarter. but argentina is really in a great pressure they have to meet germany in the quarter. both teams are stronger. this makes the match more interesting to watch.
any way ihope this year i can witness a Argentina x Brazil final.for that i want both teams win in the next round without much difficulty
may God bless us all!
