If you find a discussion someone else has started that interests you get involved in that discussion. Hope this helps and I hope you like myLot. If you want to get rich this might not be the place for you. You won't make a lot of money but you might have a lot of fun and earn a little on the side. Once you have at least ten dollars you can cash in for a check. I think you will need a paypal account.

You will earn money by participating in conversations/discussions. You can either look through things people have posted or you can start your own discussions. Respond to someone else. Be complete. Short responses to discussions might be deleted. Remember you are really talking to people so try not to blow people off with worthless conversation. If you have something on your mind or a current event you would like to talk about start a new discussion. You get paid for quality participation in discussions.
