How can you tell if this PTC is legit?

I found a lot of PTCs for the past few days. then i really don't know how can you tell that it is legit? I'd search a lot about each PTC. some other say that it is legit and other says that it is a scam... i really don't know if they are telling the truth...
Could somebody share with me your experience with PTC? and what is the best online income?

Try to check if there are members with proof of payment, if there is one, then most likely its legit... surf and put the name of the site and the word scam..view the comments and judge for your self... try using the program alexa.. this will determine the traffic flow of the website.. if its declining trend.. chances are alot of dissatisfied members are starting to leave the site, and most likely its a scam...
