How to control anger problems with ease?

Anger is normal emotion that each individual has. Everyone is subjected to get angry with something or someone. The only difference is how an individual control anger problems. Anger only becomes a problem if it's already out of control and becomes harmful or dangerous to anyone. Anger can be controlled easily if we've learned few tips. Do you have some tips?

first go away from what make us anger , then try to searching for a beautiful view of the atmosphere , such as a women such as her beautiful guy ...oke thanx try it sometime please wrong me about it..............MMMMMMM

Thanks for your comments, my friend. Well, the tips seems really worth. Guaranteed, that if one try to do those simple methods, I know that it will have a positive result after, and you will see that you were able to control your anger without any harm done. Indeed, you will feel better after. Most people are ignoring this method to control anger problems because they feel awkward and shy, that's normal if you're not used to it, but if through practice you'll get used to it and will find it more effective than any anger method that you know of. like with me and having anger issues because of bipolar and things in my pass. now i step and look and pick my battles. knowing what's imporant to fight over and how to do it proper. and knowing what to worry and not to worry about.
also know when to step back and not to worry about it

I feel that there is no need to control the anger, let it flow.
What is wrong in it? You say it is kind of emotion, when we can laugh, which is another kind of emotion, why cannot we show our anger? It is a different matter that we can show our anger in a controlled and disciplined manner, so as not to hurt others. I think if we suppress our anger, it will come out in a different shape, at some point of time. Like if my boss thrashes me and fires me, I won't show my anger in front of him, but on my way back home I may fight with a fellow car driver on a red light or I may release my suppressed anger on some innocent passerby or a beggar. Suppression of anger leads to many illness and could be counter-productive.
Hope other respondents come out with some useful tips to control anger and we should take a leaf from them.

To deal with anger I always throw thing around like pillow or my shoes, it really helps if only for a moment. I often cry when I'm angry, though I really don't know why? I guess it's just my nature but crying anger out works the ebst for me. But to be frank, I'm not an edgy person so I get angry very rare thus dealing with anger is not my daily problem.
