ive been offline for a week. well a little more than a week, and man oh man has my inbox been loaded up while i been away! are you able to just ignore the world wide web for a little while? or are you like the general population that HAS to check their email every 15 seconds to see who sentcha what? whats the record amount of emails youve had loading up YER inbox? *feels carpal tunnel about to be induced... -delete delete delete- *

I know how you feel. I was away from my computer for 2 days and came back to over 100 emails. And the thing is I deleted some and responded to some via my phone while I was away. If I hadn't been able to do that I am afraid to ask how many more there would have been.

All I can say is thank God for auto delete. If it were not for the filters on junk mail that I have put in place, to get rid of all the junk you get when sigining up for sites my mailbox would be over limit. The 100 are ones that actually require some kind of action or response not the 500+ that were spam from 2 days. Don't even want to think what that would be if it were 9 days like you said you were off.

Hi Tessah, At this moment in time 1500 emails in inbox buthave had up to 4000 before now, I just get so much junk mail although keep unsubribing to stuff somehow it all still comes through, the only time I really check it is ifI am waiting on an important email but will flit through daily deleting. Hi Tess...how nare ya mate? Hope you're feeling goodly. I was away for 6 weeks once and I had quite a few emails when I returned, I cant remember the exact number. It took me 6 to 8 weeks to catch up because I kept getting behind again. I'm about 6 to 9 days behind atm and I justnplod along. I do delete most of them but I read them first and the ones I'm able to answer I do. I spend hours here every day just reading emails and answering a few. I reckon I wouldn't be able to ignore the computer unless I absolutely had to.

i have experienced having those bulk of mails too. it's because i have joined a lot of sites and they kept on sending me notifications and more and take note that's daily. so maybe that was what had happened to you.

Hey tess! How are ya? Hope you are doing good! I can't ignore my emails if I am not away. The only time that I had no choice was when I was in the hospital for a week and when I went to see my mom for 10 days! And will be going on that trip in a month or so again so will have the email box bursting unless I can get my "computer guy" to get the laptop up and running and I decide to drag it with me! The there's the WiFi connection to deal with so not sure if it's worth taking it with me or not!
