i have lots of friends so that means that i get lots of invitations too from different occasions. there are times too that i wasn't invited by some i consider friends but i don't think that would hurt me and my ego. i think it's normal. maybe im not just in their priority list and finances matter as of this time so i really understand them. how about you? do you get hurt when you're not invited?

that's right. there's no point in feeling and getting hurt. just try and wait for the next invite.

It depends upon how close you are with the person. To be honest I will get hurt if the person is a best friend of mine and if and when I always invited her/him. But then this is really life.

Honestly, slightly hurt. But it's okay. Maybe there are reasons why I am not invited or not in the list. We have to be wide-minded and understanding.

Three years ago a male friend got married, he didn't invite me to his wedding. I was really hurt, I even cried in front of other friends. I just thought he was one of my close friends, he didn't even tell me that he was getting married, I just learned about the wedding from a friend. He's out of the country now and I've never heard of him since he got married.

I might slightly hurt, because I'm not a frigid. But it will be understandable and it will not be a big deal.
