Do you think that the American soccer team has a future in this sport ?

I'm guessing that in about 10 years or so, the US is really going to have a good team. I think it will take that long simply because it's still a pretty new sport to the Americans. They haven't really focused much attention on the sport because there are already so many....baseball, basketball, American football, etc. Baseball has always been the premier sport in the US. It always struck me as odd that for the majority of the rest of the world, soccer is the main sport. Virtually every country plays it but the U.S. has really only started playing in the past few years. That's why I think they will be a strong team in about 10 years, when the younger generation grows up. There's more focus on the sport now in school and stuff. It will be interesting to watch them develop.
