I can vividly remember the very first book that I've read from cover to cover.. that was Dr Zeuss' "The Cat in the Hat" that was when I was 6 years old.. I find this significant because its the same book my youngest son was able to read first too.. but he was only 4 years old then..
Can you still remember the very first Book that you've read? tell me about it..

I don't remember which was the first book but once I learned to read at 5 I went very quickly on to reading all kinds of books. One favourite was Fantastic Mr Fox by Roald Dahl.

The first book I read! Wow, I had to think real hard to bring back the memory and I got it! I don't remember the author but it was an inspirational book called - Thinking Big. Later I started reading hardy boys, sherlock holmes, harry potter, bourne series (Robert Ludlum - my favorite), Tom Clancy's series etc.

Dr. Zeuss' "The Cat in the Hat" was my first book along with watching Sesame Street. When I was younger, I believe I read all the Dr. Zeuss' books. I enjoyed reading and being read to at the young age and still like to read, but not read to, LOL.
