Whom would you call a friend?

A popular saying goes like this, a friend in need is friend indeed, but thats a maxim a proverb for saying puroposes only, when it comes to help, its no friends at all, hows life going on, without a helping hand and friend who take all care of all the things for your personal life, so whats your take on friends whom do you like to be with?

I think friend is someone who stays by your side no matter what's happening in your life. Someone who is always ready to help you, listen to your nagging and tell you the truth, even if it really hurts.

Only a friend who helps you when you are in need is a real friend. When help is given on condition that the other one offers you something in exchange is not a real friendship. A real friend is the one who finds much satisfaction if you are happy and is happy to help you unconditionally. A real friend is that who tells you when you are wrong even if this upsets you. A true friend is found very rarely, especially in these days.

i just want to be a friend who is true enough to be herself. a friend who can take me as i am. share her secret, pain, joy and anger to me.can stand for me and can fight and be in trouble because of me and the one who doesnt hesitate to say STOP! your on the wrong track.. as i would want to be that kind of friend too. too good for me that i have that kind of friend that i call my best friend. we have been in so many experiences together and our friendship is tested over the years. just sad that i cant see her often now.
