I just read the most amazing claim - This is no joke ! Honest.
If you focus on eating Healthy Food's, you're "mentally diseased" and probably in need of some chemical treatment involving powerful psychotropic drugs. The Guardian newspaper (England) reports - "Fixation with healthy eating can be a sign of serious psychological disorder" and goes on to claim "this disease is called orthorexia nervosa - which in latin just means "nervous about correct eating".

This report is all over the internet, because it is so absurd and goes against every thing we are told about health. But also the article will give you some knowledge as to Why you should eat healthy, which you may not have realized.
Read the article, tell everyone about it and tell us what you think...

I don't believe that at all. Healthy eating is what makes ALL your chemicals right in your body in the first place! Sometimes I think Dr's say things because they get money too or they have stock in medicine and want it to make more money. I have a friend that believes the gov't and dr's can't stand healthy people because they can't make them take medicine like your average person. Don't believe everything you read. Contact your local health food store and see what they have to say about this.:) I think the people that wrote that article must be crazy.:)
