Noynoy or Edward?

Since it's a holiday. No school and no work for others. Today is Noynoy and Binay's inauguration and at the same time, the opening of Twilight's third saga Eclipse.
Early this morning, I woke up early intentionally to do some my lotting and when I went to the nearest bakery. I overheard some teens - ages 14-16 years old talking.
Girl 1: Gurl, what time should we go SM? I am really excited for Edward!!! (Well, she said it with enthusiasm)
Girl 2: I don;t know. Ma`am (referring to their teacher) said we have an assignment about Noynoy's inaugaration and we have to jot the important details.
Girl 1: Why are you so worried when it will all be in youtube! We can always watch it their after the movie. Please. Let's go to the mall early so that we can it watch like three times!!!!
And the begging to her friend went on and on and on until I left.
They have a point though. So.. what about you guys? Our President Noynoy or the ever dashing and handsome Edward Cullen. LOL

Well, it is my nephew's second birthday today and I have to supervise a kiddie party later. Not Edward and definitely not Noynoy.
I am not really a Twilight fan but I have read all four books so I would probably watch Eclipse too, just not today. Probably on the second or third week when everybody else have already watched it and it's not crowded anymore.

Well, I decided to stay at home and watch the inauguration of Noynoy.
I am in fact in front of the TV and computer right now.

i, Doris. Yeah, I noticed you earlier about making some discussions abuot your observations during Noynoy's event.
I ended up watching the inauguration though. When you don't have cable, you see, you have no choice. LOL.

i had the same question on my mind yesterday but i ended up not doing anything..in my argument..i don't want to go outside at all since a lot of people will be busying the streets because of ninoy and binay's inauguration..i'm not really a big fan of politicians and the traffic that goes with it..and eventhough i want to watch the "eclipse" movie, i always prefer not to watch any movie on it's first day because people tends to be everywhere and they tend to be so excited and noisy that i can't concentrate on the movie..i normally prefer to watch a great movie a week after the first day..but if it's an ordinary movie..i'll just wait for it to be available online..but regarding that girl's dilemma she's a student so she is somehow required to watch the inauguration thing..i used to do that when i was in high school too..she could always watch the eclipse movie anytime..

hahaha... that one was funny but Girl 1 was right, you can definitely watch it on youtube or on tv as for sure it will be the headline for tonight's and tomorrow's news but today is the only opportunity when you can watch edward on weekdays without sacrificing your salary.

haha!i had been so problematic last week about this. choosing whether to watch the inauguration or to avoid being spoiled by my friends who watched the movie right away. at the last minute, noynoy won my heart over edward. hehe just thought that i would be witnessing history and that's once in a lifetime. i could watch eclipse some other day (twice, thrice or as many as i want when i get a copy of it) and good thing, for sure, there will be fewer viewers on its second week. the only thing im worrying about is how will i shut my friend's mouth when she is so excited telling the story, saying each line of the characters :( .argh

yahoo, tomorrow is the start of the next half of 2010. also, today marks a very special day...inauguration of the next president of our country...OR...the premiere of the much awaited Eclipse!
even if i wouldn't be able to see Eclipse today, i still wouldn't watch the inauguration. i guess am still quite not over the fact that the president i wanted is not the one who's going to be inaugurated today. let's just let the whole nation witness this event. and yes, thank you to youtube. ;-)
two hot men could cheer up the day. now, get your ticket and watch the movie.

you can watch the movie in some other time because the Inauguration will only happen after six years. you can watch the movie later again. by the way, it was an emotional speech

Lol.. well as for me, I will watch the movie later I want to witness the inauguration first. I can't wait to watch the Twilight though, so excited with the love triangle. Anyways, enjoy the inauguration and enjoy the movie later on.

Stayed at home and watched Noy and Binay's inauguration. Might watch Eclipse over the weekend or maybe next week. Don't want to watch it today because of the long lines. LOL

Noynoy or Edward? I can't vote neither of the two. I am currently at the office until 10 in the evening.
Those teens you mentioned have their point though. People can watch the inauguration in youtube (for those who are @ work like me). And I just watched it a few hours ago.
About the Edward thingy, I might watch it over the weekend. And done watching the trailers over again (LOL). I just LOVE the two guys and bella of course

Neither. I'll just sleep or post in MyLot. I'm not interested to either of them. Unless of course my girlfriend suddenly likes the movie and wants us to watch it. I guess they are right. It will definitely be in youtube so why watch it there and I really think there will be lots of people so its gonna be a pain in the back.

I am not a Twilight fan and I also don't care about Noynoy. But we also have an assignment about his inauguration, that's why, I'm forced to watch. And I have to watch in my neighbor's house because I don't have television in my apartment. Burrr...
