How to get direct referrals in NeoBux?

I need suggestions in getting direct referrals in Neobux. I am emailed some of my relatives and friends with the NeoBux referral link and some of them have joined. Is there any other way to get direct referrals in NeoBux. I am not interested in advertising as I do not have money for that and also most of the people who do see advertisements online would have joined NeoBux already.
