I used to procrastinate to an absurd level. However, I have limited my procrastination, well for the most part anyway. There are times where it takes be a bit longer than I might have needed to get going. I spend a lot of time thinking about what I need to do and thus it causes me some delays in getting the project that I wanted to get done, completed.
That does tie into another habit that I have. I do over think a lot of things that I do. Not everything should be this grand plan and deep down, I know it. However, that does not stop me from trying to plan everything and perhaps I would have gotten done a bit sooner had I not put so much thought into it. You have to put thought into everything. However, there is a fine line between thinking and over thinking and it is quite unfortunate when I cross it.

I'm a habitual procrastinator. No matter how hard I try to change my ways, I always end up working against the deadline. At college I used to think that procrastinating can be good - it forces my mind to push itself to the limit. Maybe that's the reason why I can't find the motivation to leave my procrastinating ways:D
The downside of it is that I'm stressed most of the times. I ended up pushing people around and losing my temper when things get out of hand.

Bad habits... well it seems I have quite of few bad habits I've been trying to get rid of. One is procrastination like what you said. I postpone things I can actually do today. Another would be getting up late and getting late for work or meetings. I just love to sleep and I can't seem to get out of bed if I hadn't completed my 8 hours of sleep. Also, I drink too much coffee. It's one habit I really need to get rid of 'cause in the long run it's going to be bad for my health. Lastly, I say curse words especially when I'm frustrated, angry, stressed or even bored. I hate it and I would love to remove it out of my system.
