Do you get referrals by placing banners or links in your mylot profile?

Just this question: Do you get referrals for your PTC or other sites by the banners in your profile? I have a few banners but it seems nobody see my profile or they are not interested on them... :( How about you?

I met the same situation. but... It shocked me that you put the banner of myLot in your myLot profile, do you think any mylotter will re-register an ID through your referral link?

Our profiles can be seen by anyone and not just by members of myLot. I have my referral link in my profile too and I also promote my profile on other sites.

...Yes it seems to be weird, but I'm not crazy, I know that the mylot members are not going to sign up again, just as asmysdianait said, the profile can be seen by all people, and I use my profile link to promote in other sites and with friends that I know they are not members in mylot yet, so I can get referrals for mylot too. The sad part is I don't have any referral here on mylot yet :( I put the mylot banner a few days ago. Thanks for your comments...

You can see my profile, two banner of file hosting sites were put there three weeks ago, I havn't got any referrals till now. So give up, myLot is really a bad place to get referrals...

I think I've referred a couple people from my banners on my profile. But, I haven't gotten that many. I think it's because a lot of people all ready are members of those sites. Most of the ones I have are quite popular. That might be the problem with yours as well. And oh, I like your discussion question!

I did get a few referrals from mylot. Not a lot.But you have to use all possible ways to get referrals. This is just one of them. You also can use some forums, and blogs to promote referrals.

Yes is good idea using forums and blogs to get referrals in addition of the banners here, but is so difficult and I don't have any blog.

You have to use the HTML sortie for that and you have to use HTML codes for do it, you can copy the HTML code given by the site you want to copy the banner.

I just use my blog to get referrals. At the moment I am not trying to get too many referrals due to not having a lot of spare time but I get a few here and there when I can. If you are looking for more you can try and do a referral swop with people.
