Over the years i have noticed that texture of my hair has changed and the thickness has gone down especially in the front...the hair is very thin....when checked with doc i was informed that it is the result of traveling and water. But i am in mid 20's that's not to happen....my beautician says to use Kerastase developed by Aminexil L`Oreal...but i am very apprehensive...suggestions plz...any home remedy for think abundant and shiny hair..

Hi! As far as I know, the coconut milk should be boiled until the oil comes out. SAo it's really the coconut oil that should be used in your hair. You check out some shops, there are coconut oil for sale. You don't have to go through the tedious process of cooking the coconut milk to extract coco oil. Though I'm not sure if coco virgin oil will work.

i've tried shampoo bar with aloe vera before but it hasn't stopped my falling hair. i heard that falling hair has many reasons, among them, stress. i'm still looking for the perfect product that will work for me. maybe aloe vera has worked for others but not for me.
