Do you think Mylot should have Instant message/Chating feature?

I think that a chat feature would be a good thing to add but not a priority. i would love to talk to my friends about things i started to talk about off topic, but then again i could start a new discussion and talk to them there about it. But overall sounds like a good idea.

i agree with you^^ my lot is not for just earning money but also to find new friends^^ actually to win much money here we need to type much and much.besides it really has very nice topics^^ i really to be here bcs some people ask advises about their life and other ones are sharing sweet stories of their life. if we are here and dont meet new people is not the same^^ so i think it should also have instant message^^ also that way people could win more money too instead of being so slow process^^ and we would be having fun and would be a dream job^^

Well, I might not use it, but I can see where many people would. It would be nice to have something a bit more informal to chat. There are a few topics that do in fact veer off course for varying reasons. It is not something that would make or break myLot but still it would be interesting. At the very least, it will be something that would cause people to consider to stick around. So it might be something that would attract them to the website. Its not essential however. There might be a few more additions that could make the website a bit better before a chat options. Still, I could see how it would be useful and how people would enjoy it. So it might be something to consider in the future. It would give another option of something to do at myLot if nothing else.

i would love it if mylot would have a chat feature! sometimes there's a need to chitchat while going around this site.

Put the earning money thing aside, I still don't think this's a good idea. you know, when we post a topic, we are expecting that someone would be interested in it and give some feedback. with this expection, we would go back and check the site often, which keeps us logging in this site much often frequently and keeps this site more booming.

That is a brilliant idea. I would really like to have a chatting feature here on mylot. Let's hope mylot is going to consider that.

I think having an instant message feature would be cool for the people who actually like to chat with people and get to know people on a personal level on mylot. I'm not like that. I approve friends that request my friendship on here just because they might have some interesting discussions that they post that I might see and be able to comment on. I dont care to make friends on here. I dont private message people. If there ever was a instant message function I would want it to be something that you could choose to turn on or off. I wouldnt want people messaging me to chat. I dont really chat with strangers.

My opinion ? My opinion is hat you didn't get it yet, what is mylot and how works. Here people make money by : Writing new discusions Answers to others discussions. Comments to answers to (their or others)discussions. Answers to comments to answers to (their or others)discussions. Reanswring to answers to comments to answers to (their or others)discussions. Commenting answers to ..... + from images + rewards. That's why people answer and answer-back and comment and ... so on. You are going to see here around people with BIG number of posts while you'll need to be veeeery patient looking for last time they start a discussion .. Not the lack of a chatroom lead people here to write ... My 2 cents ..

As nice as that would be to chat with friends here instead of just PM'ing, I think most people would like to discuss here to go towards their earnings. Plus with the current system, one can go back to all the discussing at their own leisure instead of having to be online for a chat. I know Facebook has it, but I don't even use it there. In fact, I didn't want to be bothered - ha ha.

Nope i don't think that mylot should have a chat feature. That's what makes it so different from other sites. We could just talk and message here. I don't think there is a need for IM. Well if you want to talk you could just post whatever you ant to over here...

Yes friend your 100% right. I am thinging for this chatting feathure too. We could chat with our myLot's friend then...... I wish myLot add this feathure soon. Enjoy! :)

Mylot could have additional service of chat fuction.But posting area should keep its own style. Becasue posting needs time of good thinking.But chat is a little casual and often away from concentrated topic.

Yes i believe it should have a chat feature so that it avoids what you said. Friends starting to chat on one disscussion about something completely different. ...Just like spamming someones status on facebook.

I think just like you have said in the last, we are here for discussing and earning, not for chatting. if have really close friends here, we have MSN or other chatting tools for private conversation. But I think myLot should display friends' status, online or not, that will be more convenient.

i do agree that mylot has a chating feature,I have the same feeling as you ,sometimes i really hope to chat with the friends who keep an eye on my discussion?but now I still couldn't chat with them at the same time~ happy day~

If we could chat at myLot, it would be great. THough, I wonder, if people are here rushing to earn points by posting in the discussions, would they take time to be involved in unpaid chat. On the other hand, if they will pay you while chatting here...that would be great. Only thing is, how do you get paid by chatting...and isn't it intrusion to privacy if they have to monitor it to be enable to pay?
