I have been promoting my advertising service via my blog since yesterday but it seems that no one has come forward to buy the service from me. I really need the money to cover for July's expenses. Will I achieve my target of accumulating $300 for July?

First of all, how many visits to your blog do you get daily? If you get even one or two in a hundred of those visitors interested, you should consider yourself lucky.
People tend to be wary about responding to pleas for personal funds. The article that mentions the services is actually much more about you and the money you hope to make than about the services. In fact it comes across as if you are begging.
