Would you consider cosmetic surgery as tampering with nature?

Cosmetic Surgery is becoming bigger and bigger now in terms of nos. and revenues.
Would this mean that there is a bigger market now for cosmetic surgery and more and more people would want to change a body part? I wonder, why couldn't we be satisfied with what God gave us? Why do we have to change it. Why do you have to alter yourself. I don't know, but it's like tampering with nature if you undergo a cosmetic surgery.
What do you think?

This is a hard question to answer mainly because anything you say can mean both ways to people, there are people who are open to cosmetic surgery and there are those who arent. I am open to cosmetic surgery but before you judge i only agree to it if the procedure is indicated for that person, example burn victims who may have developed contractures in body parts that hinder them to move well or make use of that body part. I guess its also ok if the change that they would undergo will make them more confident in life and be better persons as an effect.

ya we are what we are
and we have to be satisfied with that
what would we get if we change our face
its like we are losing our identity
by tampering with our body
