How do you manage stress?

Sometimes our daily routine even the usual ones can sometimes cause us stress particularly with our JOB. How do you deal with your stress? If you were to ask me, below are things that I do to free myself from stress stimulator... 1 I go window shopping 2 I go swimming 3 I watch movies 4 I eat a lot 5 I take time to watch my pet fish...

There are lots of ways to reduce stress, but the most effective one always depends on who you are. I find vacations to be fairly stressing because I always think of what I need to get done at home and I'm really not able to relax if I'm away from home for more than a couple of days. Yoga is a really good relaxer for me. I absolutely love feeling my muscles stretch and relax as I do yoga and the breathing helps me center myself and clear my thoughts for a little while. Any sort of exercise, in general, as long as you like it, should help relieve at least some stress because they release endorphins. I also like to listen to music when I'm stressed, especially classical music, because it helps me to relax a little bit and just lay there and listen to such pretty music instead of having to be up and constantly going and going.

I manage it by keeping myself calm despite all the stress. Sometimes if their is a person who annoy me with the lot of people is watching us I would still act reserve then if we are both alone ant this person keep blaming or nagging me. I would choose to be patience still but when i run out of it I could not control my temper so probably I would shout on it until she stop bugging me..That my way to stop a nagger by ruining my day if in case she is the boss I would keep silent then let my ears go deaf until she get tired talking. The only things i do to relieve from stress is to have a good food by my side then have a good sleep.

Well when i am stressed I switch to my favourite music. I listen to songs for long and I feel comfortable after that. Also sometimes I watch some comedy movies to fight stress.
