Hi, First of all I would suggest that you get a PAN card immediately, as that is essential even to open a bank account. RBI has strict regulations against these things. Nowadays almost all financial transactions involve PAN card. Getting PAN card is easy. It will take merely Rs 100 or so. You can apply online for PAN card. That way you will be able to track down the entire process. https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/index.html The second way involves rigorous modification of all the information you've put anywhere here. It should look like your husband is using your username to have access to everything. This means that taxes will be charged on this income. Whereas if you use your own income, it will not be taxable (according to the Direct Tax System), unless your annual online income reaches above 1.6 lakhs. I am assuming that you don't have any other sources of income right now. Using your husband's PAN card will be just a quick fix. You have to have PAN card sooner or later. So why not get it now? Thanks. God bless you
