How do you get fried chicken done on the inside without burning the outside

You can stick a knife on the chicken's meat so that the cooking oil can cook the inside of the chicken .You could also deep fry it in medium heat so that the skin won't get burn.

After it browns good i put a lid on my skillet & let the chicken cook till it's done. Fried chicken can't be beat.

My husband always asked me to fry chicken with the same outcome with what they have in fried chicken stores and I have discovered that it has something to do with the deepness of the oil that you're cooking it with. The deeper the oil is, the better it is. I can make fried chicken the way I want it, crispy and cooked in the inside. You just need to turn the chicken to the other side every time even if you are deep frying it.
