I feel happy and revived after going to a massage parlor or spa. I just feel that our body needs body massage at least once a month. The feeling is like being restored or renewed. It may be a little bit expensive but it's worth the money. How about you?

I have never try massage or spa, but I like to have a try, it will be good. But as you said, it will be expensive to me. Anyway, I will have a try.

Well, until now I am still not able to earn enough money to get myself pampered for a luxurious service like in a spa. What do you do as a living, and why do you join mylot in the first place? Maybe you would want to share with me how you managed to earn enough money to spend on unnecessary things.
I am suffering from social anxiety so that's why I am not able to work like normal people. However, I am in a middle of a treatment now and I really hope that the treatment would be successful. I really dream to go out and work like everybody else, and I want to earn the money that I deserve, since I am a Degree holder but not doing as well as I should.

Hello, Lady! When you have tried having massage, I am sure that like me, you would start feeling its necessity. I tell you, you will really feel relieved and relaxed after a nice soothing body massage. However, I don't get to have it very often. I could only manage to have one once every 3 months. But if only I could afford to have it at least once a month, then surely I would be visiting spas more often. I am sure that things will be better with you in the near future.

I haven't tried to have a massage or spa yet because as you have said it is expensive. But I really want to have it one day. The only massage that I had was from my husband but he is not trained that is why it is not really relaxing. I just have body ache. Hope that I could find an affordable spa so that my stress in my body will be removed.

Spas are really good. It helps relieve stress and keeps you revived. But they don't really have to be expensive. If you're from the Philippines, there is this place that I go to where they give a siatsu massage for 300 pesos for an hour and sometimes they have a promo like buy-one-get-one. So you can bring a friend along and you split the cost.

i had an experience once..but it's only a treat from my supervisor before and i have to go with the whole department..well i have to admit that it's really relaxing but sad to say i'm not really a fan of massage parlor or spa..i don't really like putting oils on my skin..and i'm not really comfortable allowing any random person touch my skin..

Hi, Cutie18f. I agree. I would love to have an massage. It would really do me some good. I think that it is very expensive to get one. And, it makes a persons body feel really good to have one. If I get one every month I know that my spirit will feel renewed and alive.

My boyfriend and I tried on a whole body massage once, I really didn't like it that much, since then, I just ask my boyfriend if he could give a massage, and this is free. LOL. I love having foot and head massages cause it just makes me feel relax and sleepy. hehehehe. Now I want a head massage, I wish my boyfriend was here.

This is something I have never done but it is certainly one thing that I would love to do. The thing is I just don't seem to have the time to visit a massage place, but if I did I would love to get one of those head massages, I just think it would be so calming and relaxing so I am sure it would do me some good.

i haven't been to a massage parlor.i just go with the neighbor massage.
yes,it's quite cheaper than the parlor itself.cause i can't afford too much and i guess i am having the comfort i really wanted when it comes to massaging.i already have a certified one who used to massage us (the whole family).
it feels relaxing and your body felt like reborn again.

I do it from time to time, but not very often. I go a few times a year only, mostly because of the cost, but also because I find it hard to find the time for it sometimes. I would love to go more often if I could though, it is great!

Massage is a type of bodywork which involves manipulation of the tissue and muscles to release tension and strain. Many people enjoy massage because it is relaxing and pleasant, but it also has health benefits.
My mum received massage at least once a month. It will result in cumulative health benefits of her, but an even greater frequency will be much more effective.
However, the decision of how often you receive massage is based on input from your body, your massage therapist and in some cases, a doctor.

Yes it feels wonderful. I just had another one yesterday and it was so relaxing. I had a thai full body massage. After that you just feel so sleepy that its hard to wake up the next morning.
if only it would cost less, then we can have massages more often than we can afford to.
