how to speak idiomatic English?

My English is not so good, especially spoken English. Do you have any good suggestions about learning English?
I think speak as much as possible is a good way to improve spoken english, but it need persistence. To be honest, it's very hard.
Do you have any good reading material, can you have a share?

I thought your question is how to speak idiomatic expressions. Anyways for you to learn the idioms you need to learn the basic. Once you learn the basic it will be a piece of cake learning the idioms.
