I am becoming an international student in US.Do I need to set aside an amount of medical reserve,or the medical insurance covers international students' medical expenses?

you should check with your insurance company to see if they cover you. Otherwise, pick up a small policy when you get here.

I see.Then the social security system does not involve us:( I hope someday we can be insured before we become future productivities of the United State.
