What do you do after exercise?

After the exercise, you can surely hit the bathroom for a quick shower as long as your sweat is still coming out of the pores of your skin. And you know that smoking is bad if you do right after the exercise. Suggest you throw the habit so the benefit that you get from your workout will not go to waste.

hahaha. webzap.. did you consider that our friend here does not know about the injury caused to one's health, and to the environment through SMOKING.
I presume, the topic is just to create a place to vent the feelings, and rant excuses.

Immediately after exercise, please don't bath or smoke or eat, wait till the sweat dries up, next take a shower or bath, relax, now you can have snacks, food, drinks or smoke if you like..

hahaha. what is this, a tease? dear AGB..you seem to know everything about the do's and don'ts of GOOD HEALTH.
AFTER you have done good exercise, for good health, and great physique, .. why in the name of entertainment, .. do you have to smoke, ... etc?
I would say, take some good breathing relaxation, for atleast a half-hour... before you start your routine .. after you have done your exercises.

In order to keep our body good health we have to do good exercises. After you have done good exercises, don't go directly to the bathroom to take bath, and don't smoke it will harm our body and don't eat immediately, but I would say that take rest for at-least half an hour before we go to do all this things.
