Do you like to make an effort to exercise at least once a week?

I felt like that I am adding extra 20 pounds for the past month without putting effort to exercise. I felt extremely lazy especially during hot summer days on the past week. It was almost like over 90 degrees every single day. I just don't want to walk or run. Until someone said something like that, "did you add a few pounds already". I felt shame, and fat already. So, since this week is cooler, I should put myself into effort to lose those weight. No pain no gain, an old cliche.

You don't have to think about exercising as an effort.You have to find the sport which suits you best so that you will at the same time feel great practicing it and loosing weight.I personally don't have enough time to go jogging or go to the gym but I swim almost every day and feel perfect and look perfect :)

To be honest, I can play ping pong, but I can't play it myself. I have to have my friends with me to play along. I just don't want to bother them, since they have their own busy schedule too.

Walking in the summer days can actually be dangerous for your health(depending on how hot and what time of the day). In the summer, I like to go on a scenery walk at night time with a family member or friend(if possible). However,since I don't drive, I still end up walking alot in the daytime to get where I'm going,or for job searching. To get motivated, I try to create a reason sometimes to go to a certain place thats 1-5 miles away. If you have positive things to think about on the way it helps too! If you want to make it a point to get exercise in the summer,it may be better to go swimming if you can. The great thing about swimming is it takes very little effort everyday to work off pounds. All this talk about walken and stuff reminds me of some things I need to do! I'm fixen to get me a bottle of Arrowhead water and go for a walk! LOL

It is always good to do some exercise now and then. I don't do it on purpose. As I take advantage of the time to do my exercise. Such as everyday I go to work and go home on foot. I regard it as my daily exercise already. I love China

I think we should all be doing atleast a half hour exercise every morning, it helps to maintain the health and to have a very good routine of the day too. So there are times that I do some more exercises when I have put on more weight.

I always make sure that I exercise at least once a week. Even if its hot or raining outside I do jumping jacks, lift weights and do push ups to stay fit. I also regulate my eating habits if I can't jog on that week. That way I won't gain weight even if I don't exercise.

they say you should do some aerobic exercise at least 3 times a week for it to be effective, ie., for weight loss. of course exercise should also be supplemented with a healthy diet. it's really just a matter of establishing a habit. find some exercise that you like doing and do it regularly. after a month it would have become a natural part of your routine.
