How do you rate Elance- freelancer portal

Since last few month, i am working on elance. My experience is not that bad. I got few assignments but i took it at very low cost.
Which freelancer portal do you suggest...

i been into elance over a year but not active anymore since i got my full time job. elance had been a great freelance portal as per experience but competition in freelancing had been also growing. Anyway you can check freelance.com new domain for getafreelancer the site portal can offer you also a lot of work.
