Anyone can help me promote my blog and teach me how?

Hello, fellow mylotters! I just want to ask for another valuable help about blogging. As you may all know, I just started blogging because I was advice by fellow mylotter also that blogging is a more better option if you want to earn more than just doing PTC's, so I took his advice and started my blog, my adsense ads are already added the things that concern me now is how I can have more visitors to view my blog, to link it and to do seo's as I am just a newbie I still don't know much about promoting my blog through this known procedures, I hope somebody will be kind enough again to share his knowledge about this things to me.
