Do you forget to switch off electrical appliances?

Nope I don't. If that happens the dorm matron will surely give me tons of scolding and will even threaten me that she's going to report me to her boss...:( I don't want my appliances to be confiscated. It's not worthy of the trouble!:(

Yes, sometimes I will forget to switch off electrical appliances. I know there's potential of dangerous so I try my best to remember. I think the best way is to pull down the main switch before you go out of home.

Hi Raviteja, My kids used to be like that. I was forever having to remind them to turn off things when they were done with them and unplug them. Sometimes they did but all too often they just forgot. They are older now and on their own and they are really good about it. There is nothing like a high electric bill or having to replace a burnt out heater on your own that works as better reminder!

I am a mother,and i always reminded my kids to off appliances. Before,they always forget to do,so,i need to check their rooms for safety. Now,they never forget to off appliances,they were get used to switching off lights,fans,computers and other electric appliances when not in use. I also tell them to unplug it when they will leave to school,coz they're not at home almost the whole day. Have a good day always

I also tend to forget to turn off the appliances. I mean I forget to pull the plug and prevent vampire loads from consuming electricity. This commonly happens on my tv and dvd player.

I follow the rules of turning off any electrical appliances. I make sure to check every appliances specially fan, lights and stove before going to bed. Most of the time, it was my husband who forget to turn off the fan specially if i gone to be earlier than him. Ohh your Mom just wanted to save electricity bills and its also for your safety to make sure everything was off.
