What's on your mousepad?

I just love mine. It is a little oriental rug, and the coaster matches it. It is blue with an oriental design and fringe. It does, in fact almost match the rug that is on my floor. I know, with an optical mouse, you don't really need a mousepad, but I don't want to make marks on my desk. What's on your mousepad? Why did you pick it?

i want to buy a mousepad but dont feel like it because i use an optical mouse and it is put on my computer table.Recently white dots have appeared on my desk, the place where i use my mouse, so i decided ill put the mouse on top of an old book and use:).is it worth buying or even getting a mousepad for me ???

Hi siddeeqkid I would think it would be a good idea to get a mousepad. If not, your computer table will just continur to get more marked up. They have very thin ones available now that don't cost a whole lot. Thanks for responding.

Due to having an older computer... I was given a mouse mat that connects via USB to my computer. It has adapters on it for extra USB points and slots for photographs to be directly downloaded on this machine. If and when I get a new desk top, I would love to have a personalised mouse mat, with a picture of my children on it, since they are on my desktop on this computer, it would be nice, to have them on my mouse mat too!

Nor had I until I received one! But they are great... I use it more for downloading photo's from my SD card on to here mainly, but the extra USB ports come in handy!

Hi bardgirl...thanks for joining. It just doesn't feel right to me not to use a mousepad. I don't want to mar the dask.

I have a laptop so I don't use mouse pad. But when I used to have a desktop computer, I had a mouse pad with a picture of my girl-friend & my daughter on it.

Hi liufengsict...thanks for responding I know an optical doesn't need a mousepad, but I prefer to use one. It seems smoother and quieter to me.

I have a keyboard tray, and I keep my keyboard (big surprise) and my mouse on it. Since I keep the tray pushed in, I can't see where my mouse is anyway, so I don't use a mouse pad. I have had some cute ones in the past, but I wasn't using them anyway
