Broken Frames on PTC sites...

I see so much of these on certain Aurora sites... The frames are broken and I don't get credited for my click... If it was just one once in a while, then I'd be Ok, but there seems to be pretty lots of these! Is there anyway to detect if the link will have a broken frame or not? I would really like to know...
