I'm having on of those zero motivation days. You know the kind where your not motivated to do anything. All I want to do is want TV or nap. If I had cable, trust me I'd be staring mindlessly. Have you had a day link that? How did you break out of it?

Hello Crip, It happens once in a while. Just indulge on being lazy and bum around till you get much of it. LOL. It will pass. You'll be fine. We deserve to bum around once ine a while. Cheers, Honey

Hey crip!!! wow 6,673 that's lots.. Well if had those days I usually watch take a nap or just surf around the net. Break up with that routine? hmm that would be hard but just keep on thinking of the bills that you need to pay, the mouths that your going to feed and that high ticket item that you want to buy. Well I hope that would make you motivated!!

Every day! lol no I know what you mean though. Usually if I put in a lot of hours and a lot of days at work, then I need a lazy me day. It is everything I have just to make a sandwich! I try, but always always always somebody wants something from me. For the most part I dont mind, but I just want my one day here and there.... By the way, you dont have cable? But do you have internet? No need for cable, you can watch ANYTHING online!

Today or any day could have been a zero motivation day for me. Since my work allows flexibility, I'm seldom motivated to get to work. This was what I did the other day to break out of it. 1) I text a colleague who gave me some encouragement to get off my butt and get to the office. 2) I jumped into the shower to get refreshed. 3) I put on some nice clothes and rummaged the closet and found a new pair of shoes. That motivated me to go out of the house with it. 4) I tried to enjoy my journey to work and not think of the workload. 5) I journal my thoughts and feelings about the fact that I don't feel like going to work or do anything for that matter. In the end, I got an article written from these pointers. And it did not matter anymore if I did not get any other things done after I had written that article, I felt better after penning down my thoughts.

First, I need to know why I"m feeling this way. Oftentimes, I'm just tired and I needed some time off. Time to enjoy my life and my life as a bum from time to time . LOL. Probably, some time off is just what you need. Don't push too much yourself at work because later on, you might get burnt out. It's good for us to miss our jobs once in a while. LOL.

Hi, cripfemme I had that kind of day yesterday. I could not even decided what to have for lunch! I felt so sleepy and lazy. I was not able to do much Mylotting too. Today, I am starting to feel sleepy and lazy too but I cannot indulge myself anymore. I have some important things lined up for this afternoon. Oh, well Have a nice day!

I think there have been times when we have all had days like that. I don't even know how I break out of mine, but I guess I do. Sometimes I just want some time to myself, sometimes I just want to lay on the sofa, and watch TV. I am sure that on unmotivated days I have just tried to do something to keep my mind active and occupied, and that has kind of helped to motivate me.

I do get some days like that, and it's never a good idea for me to break out of it, unless there's really something important I need to do. I just succumb to the moment of being "unmotivated." ^^ I think, that's how my body is telling me to get some rest, or I dunno. I just let it happen. If I force myself to be so motivated on unmotivated days, it seems to backfire, and I don't seem to like whatever it is I'm doing at that time.
