... and while I've decided to take the eclectic route, I'm inclined to take big chunks from the Waldorf way (for instance, my daughter is going on 4 and it's mostly just fun craft projects and learning by imitation). Do you have any recommendations as to websites, blogs, curricula... Do you have warnings against possible pitfalls? Thanks in advance :)

Hi there, Are you doing Waldorf now? I just knew about Waldorf and am thinking of letting my son homeschool with Waldorf concept. I personally like this concept very much, as I always think kids should learn from doing and playing, instead of sitting in the classroom and listen to the teacher only. Yeah, I have found some information on the websites, but haven't go through them yet, just share with you some I've found: http://www.openwaldorf.com/index.html http://waldorfenrichment.weebly.com/waldorf-101.html http://174.132.164.218/~mountain/ http://thesilverpenny.homestead.com/freeprojectwaldorfdollmakingredirect.html Hope to hear from you soon, and thus we can discuss on this. ^_^
