When I power off the cell phone,it showed a "?"in yellow backgroud,why?

My mobile phone is Nokia.I have used it for more than one year and it performed very well,but sometimes when I turned off it,the screen didn't show the normal picture,but showed a "?"in a yellow background,why? Did you come across this kind of situation? Will this influence the function of the cell phone?

That's strange.. has your cellphone dropped into water before? Since you said it performed very well, then I think it might be a problem with the screen.. yellow background sounds peculiar. Does it occur sometimes or all the time..

This has occured for about 5-8 times totally.I guess it may have something with the heat the cell phone send out because I often use it surfing online and after I off-line I feel the phone is very hot.When I power off it a few miniutes later,a "?" appeared on the screen.
