Taking a long hour nap, great way to escape stress

We all facing stress from our daily life. Either from work; family; relationship; and others numerous ways of bringing stress to yourself. I am tired of keep thinking of it, and making myself even depressing. The best way is not think about it. Drinking is not the great way to escape it. Why not try to take a long hour nap during a daytime. I am absolutely sure that you are tired of it. I would like to take a nap and not thinking about it. After you wake up, you might feel like a dream, and refresh yourself from it.

When I feel being stressed out by all the factors around me, I tried to go somewhere to escape all of it. I love going to the beach and take a short walk and enjoy the scenery. By doing such I can free my mind from all the stress and refreshes my mind to be able think and act well again.

Unfortunately, where I live was too far away from the beach, at least I have to drive 4 to 5 hours. I wasn't up for it for a long drive. I wish that I can escape the world, and run into some paradise myself. That was my wishful thinking. But reality is cruel.

Stress is the greatest problem that we are facing right now due to our high paced daily life.When you are stressed it is not at all easy to sleep.. I think,it is tough to sleep when something is bothering you. Sleeping is the best medicine but its really hard to fall asleep. In fact,we think about the situation that we are going through at the time we get into bed..Due to this reason many suffer from insomniac these days.
In my opinion,the greatest stress buster is listening to music,practicing breathing exercises or yoga or gossiping with friends or families.
