What pirated version of pokemon can you get a lugia from?

Hi pokefans out there!! i too, a pokemaniac!! i got a deoxys from perla version, jotho pokemons from shiny gold version, so i was wondering of where can i get a lugia? can anyone tell me?

I see. Well, I hope my comment was helpful. If you insist on going with piracy, look up a bit on 'GBA emulation'.
But, like I said, don't think I'm encouraging you to pirate something. All I'm doing is advising against it, but pointing you in the right direction if you really insist on going that route.

As someone who was raised during the initial Pokemon craze, I can tell you that Lugia is found in (At least) Pokemon Crystal, an older title (I'm thinking 2001).
Because you've asked, it can be pirated via GBA emulation, but I don't recommend doing something like that unless you are fully aware of potential consequences, and are willing to take the risk. It can easily be purchased for ~$20 on eBay or similar sites.
