when grandparents are spoiling your kids

It could be very exasperating when my parents are letting my kid do something inappropriate. My son's 'hyper' activity can be very tiring and there's more stress to that when my parents are the ones complaining for what they've done to their grandchild.

That is a very common practice in the philippines..that's why the youngest is usually the one that gets spoiled there is separation delineation from Parent-Child relationship to Grandparent-grandchildren relationship.. parents tend to be more lenient with grandchildren and you tend to enjoy young kids if you're old..

Hi there Maxen 07! You're right. I understand you. It's really hard since you cannot make your children understand what you are telling them is right if someone else, especially in the family, shows the opposite directly or indirectly. I think that you should tell your parents or in-laws how you really feel about them spoiling your kid because it's better to make that clear right away than to keep quiet even though you hate it and suffer the consequences yourself in the future.
