Benefits of Laughter Clubs...

I have read about them, heard about them, never experienced one. How is it? Have you experienced? They say there are lot of benefits...have read lot of news articles on this...would like to read the experiences from my lotters. Is it only for old people?

Hi, What exactly is a laughter club, and why for the old? I'm an older person, I love to laugh and was wondering what this might be all about. Haven't heard of this myself, but definitely sounds interesting. Thanks for sharing.

I have never been a member of a laughter club, but I once went to a party where the host had invited a man called "The laughter king". He started by telling us a little about the benefits of laughter and after that he had some exercises for us that were supposed to make us laugh. I don't remember the details of the things that we had to do, but there were different kinds of games and we had to behave like animals etc. Some of it was a little stupid and some of it was hilarious....it definately made us laugh!
