do you agree that when you say yes to something it means you're saying no too?

many of us believe that when you say YES, then that's it. but the truth is you're experiencing saying no to something like, 'yes, i'll go to sleep early', it means you're saying no to staying up late. i just figured it out when i was watching tv late at night, i said yes that i will sleep early. so i actually said no to stay in front of the tv watching craps.

When you decide you always make a bargain, you give up on something to get the other one. Your logic is correct, when you say yes to something then you give up watching TV to justify your decision of getting in to sleep. That is the logic of decision making.

well you are right about that.
But life's always about making choices no? And you realize if you wanna say yes to watching TV means you are saying no to sleeping aren't you? That's the way of how life is. You can't always get what you want
