Somehow, early in the morning, I get up, I felt so sneezy, and I couldn't stop myself. I felt my nose was stuffed, and itchy. I hate that when I have to turn on the fan all night long, or the air conditioner. I don't want to take those pills, because they make me sleepy while I have to go to work. Somehow, after I get out of the house, on my way to work, I felt much better, and my nose no longer stuffed. It is probably the air indoor. Maybe I feel much refresh at outdoor. So, go out more often to breath the fresh air might help.

Your condition is pretty much like me. Maybe you got allergic, it can be allergic to dust, mite, or pollen that carried by air surrounding your environment. To prevent this allergic try to keep you house clean.

Hi, kingparker. It sounds like you may need an Ionic Purifier. This cleans the air and clears it from dirt and pollution. It makes it easier for you to breathe. I find that walking outside does make you feel better. You are able to breathe in some healthy air for a change. An air conditioner or an cool fan will make someone sick when they wake up in the mornings, I agree.

This is may because of suffocation you feel inside the home and you cant inhale the fresh air because to that sometimes feel stuffed nose ...or it could other reason also ..sometime back it was happened with me also but not that ..I feel ok when I outdoor but in the morning time when I wake up I felt stuffed nose and some iching in my throat but that was due to weather as that change so fast from morning to evening that my body cant take that properly.

You might have some allergy. What pills are those anyway? try opening the windows to get some fresh air.
