How brave are you, will you go for something without hesitation?

I just wonder what is your characteristic? Would you go for something that you like or interested without hesitation, or shy? Will you go for it even though you knew your chance of failure is 80%?
For instance, there is a girl you like, but the chance you can ask her out is less than 20%. Would you still go for it? Or would you rather save your face to avoid the humiliation?
Another instance is that you want to want to do something so bad, a business venture. Without great capital to back you up. You have to find other economic ways to start it. Start it at home, or do advertising through free online channels.
Would you go for it?

That is the fun of it isn't it? You won't know what gonna happen next. It is the future, and you have to bet on your decision. The fun is you have to try it without knowing the result. Otherwise, you never know what it is going to turn out.

kingparker if the girl I like is being electrocuted I will not go near her to pull her away but I would use a large pole instead. If I do so would, you call me coward. I feel braveness does not lie in laying down your life for someone but saving someone's life while saving your own. In the circumstances, you cited I would use my ingenuity rather than thoughtless bravery.

Well for the girl situation it depends if i like the girl or not. I am basically a shy guy and keep to myself as much as possible. I would go for it if it had been my best friend without thinking. But girls are dangerous!
As for business there should always be a little risk here and there but as per the situation demands there should be risk. I would only go for it if it were for the sake of my family or best friend. Nothing other would tempt me.

I would still go for it. Regret is a big thing. If you didn't do it, you'll just wonder what would have happened if you actually did it. The outcome may be good or bad but at least you tried. It's not really a bad thing if you failed. At least you learned something right?

My husband and I discussed this topic today. We talked about new things and the risk of failure. My husband doesn't want to take risks and he is afraid of failures, because he has already been through many failures. I have also been through quite a lot of failures, but I still like to take risks and try new things. I disagree with my husband, I would rather try and fail than stay away from something because I am afraid of failure. When I look back on some of the projects that I have started they seem a bit naive and the chance of failure was at least 80% or 90%, but I don't regret trying. If I fail at least I know that I have tried.

I was very shy as a child, so that trait comes back to haunt me every once in a while. I wwant to be brave whenever i go for something, but i do not always succeed. A bit of hesitation is always waiting around the corner, especially when i have to do something that I really don't want to do. When i feel this way,it is harder to be brave. I try not to back away , but somehow have the coursge to push on.

nope i wont go to ask to that girl.....because i dont wanna embarrass myself there...first thing i'll do is i'll change that possibility from 20% to 100% then i'll go to ask her....i know its not so easy to convert 20 into 100 ......it will take time but i'll not get embarrassed there....

Well,if I love that girl deeply,I will do it though the chance of failure is 80%.
If you don't try,how do you know you'll fail?I believe miracle though I am in a very difficult situation. But I am too stubborn. So I always do things without a second thought.Haha~~
