Do you use loofah or a smooth stone in scrubbing body dirts?

My mom taught me on using loofah because it helps us make our body fresh and clean during bath. But there are times when I am more satisfied with a smooth stone in getting the dirt our of my body. Rubbing it gently though just to get the dirt. I have heard in TV shows that some Koreans also use this smooth stone when they take a bath. How about you guys? Which do you prefer the most to use while taking a bath?

Hi, I have always used loofah over the smooth stone. I find it really helpful to cleanse my body and I don't get any scratches from it. What i usually do is I soak it in water for several minutes and use it to remove dirt all over my body. After bath I wash it thoroughly and have it dried up for my next use. I don't usually leave it wet. I even read that loofah helps in the blood circulation and it makes your skin smooth and healthy. I think I will be a loofah fan for life.

Lol. When the smooth stone slips in yuor hand... it creates an edge then that would be the time that we get scratches and makes our body hurt. Loofah is still the best one to use. Soft and delicate toour body. :D

In our country using a stone to get rid of dirt when bathing is also still being done by a number of folks because that is the traditional way. I used to do that when I was younger but now now more. I am more satisfied with loofah and now my skin is hurting when I'm using stone.

True. It does irritate our skin sometimes compare to using loofah.

when i was a kid i used to use the smooth stone to scrub my body but when i grow up i changed it to loofah..they say that it's better to use the smooth stone on our skin simply because it's more natural..but i dunno somehow i don't agree to that anymore..i prefer loofah now and i really enjoyed the softness of my skin after taking a bath..

Hi, totallyundecided. I will use a soft squishy poof. It comes in many beautiful colors. I love adding some shower gel or body wash to it. It glides on my skin so soft and smooth. I love the feeling that it leaves on my skin. It feels like I am in a spa or something.

Yes both work awesome. I started using a facial scrubbing one and noticed results in my complexion as soon as my face was dry. I also used a loofah on my body and the exfoliation is awesome. the smoothing stone is great for getting the tough callus off of your feet, but for everything else its probably a little to harsh =/ I love them ^_^
