When we go to shop for clothes what do we go for is something that looks good or the brand. Does the brand (guess, hans) name clothes really mean quality than any local brand. It seems like most people go for brand so please do tell me.

Brands don't matter to me. I go for something I like that is comfortable to wear and affordable. I'd rather feel comfortable both buying and wearing something then to only go for certain brands.

Now thats the attitude my dear. As long as the clothing is comfortable and affordable Then you should be happy. Comfortable means happy and when you're happy it makes the clothes you are wearing look so darn good on you the individual.

Hi tammys85 I'm glad that you only go for comfort and not just the brand and there are a lot local clothing that looks great last long and fit comfortable.

I agree, it's about comfort and a decent price for me. I'm a casual dresser, just jeans and a shirt. And I like them to fit me comfortably. Otherwise, I'd never wear them & it would be a waste of money. So I just like to go places like Walmart for my clothes, 'cause I can usually afford them and they feel comfortable on me.

i mostly go for practicality when shopping for clothes, its doesn't matter to me if its branded or not, as long as it looks good on me and it makes me confident, ill buy it i go to malls, department stores and even thrift stores to look for that great find, uniqueness is also a plus when i shop i hate it when it you encounter another person wearing the same clothes as you, so i accessorize a lot, since im have some mediocre skills in sewing and a sewing machine at home, i try to design my clothes to make it uniquely mine. Even thrift stores have branded items on them if your lucky.as to durability some branded items really are more durable than the branded less one's.

Thats the way to go. I like that part about uniqueness. That should make it even easier to shop when you go.

if I buy branded, these have to be items that'll last a long time.I will buy a branded white shirt but not a branded designed shirt.I don't believe in spending lots of money in items that will go out of style.I would rather spend some money on items that will last a long time.

Ok thats a good idea. Thats a nice way to shop. I can see that you are a good shopper. Your friends should love going shopping with cause if was i would. That makes shopping more interesting, you know exactly what you are looking for and you're going to get.

My only criteria for clothes is how unique the shirt is. If I buy something that's not branded, there is an extremely large chance that I would ride the train and see someone wearing the same clothes that I am. But this also happens with branded clothes. So no matter if it's branded or not, I choose clothes that I would be less common. :)

I like the way you responded. It is so true. As long as you like it you should get it and care what others say.

What is important for me is fit and quality, and I will admit that these are often better when it comes to high end brands, but if I can find a good fit and quality in a cheaper item, I will go for it! What matters to me is if it looks good on me and flatters me, not what brand it is or what it cost!

I often realize that high end brand are some of the most delicate clothing i've ever come across. They either dry cleaning or hand wash some times in warm water. That like too much work when you the individual have to do it. So some brand i rather stay away from.

what i look for is quality, uniqueness, comfortable and affordable. i don't mind if it is branded or not, as long as it has passed my criteria. but most of the time, i don't buy branded stuff, because they're too expensive for me.

Hey Topetotz, I so agree with you. Brands are for people who can afford them. Also when check it out it is just the name you are paying for and not the product itself.

i go for comfort, quality and reasonable price :) brand is not really an issue :) but of course usually, branded ones got better quality - just that next issue there is price :)

Oh ok thanks for that information. But did you know you have some clothes that are not brand that have good quality than some of these brands?
