my grandma blamed me for her health...

My grandma and I are very close, ever since when i was a little girl she always bring to anywhere she go. we slept together, my other cousins and her daughters envied me because of our closeness. She went to the US because her daughter petitioned her. She had her medical exams there. She was diagnosed of stage IV lung cancer. We advised her to just come home here in the philippines because she was given only 6 months to live by the doctor in the US. When she arrived here we consulted into a chinese doctor and she was given some chinese herbs. We were thankful because she survived for almost 6 years now.But my grandma at this present was beginning to be weak. She was hospitalized and was in the ICU and she was intubated. Iam a nurse so i was the one who took care of her 24/7 the just sit on the chair to take a nap. I resigned from my work to attend her. after 2 weeks in icu still theres no progress, so the we decide to have her with tracheostomy tube coz thats the only way she can recover....I was the one explaining it to her and she agreed. As months pass by She got so mad to me because i was the one responsible on her condition right now. It was really painful in my part because i sacrifice a lot for her but in the end i was the one who was put into blame.. Can you give me some advice on how to deal with my grand ma? thanks...
