does personality matters a lot?

I am going to complete degree in some months and i am really tensed about my job that weather i will get or no. I am very good at studies but i dont have a good personality. i am short and i think because of that i may face problems during seeeking job. Does really personality matters alot during job. I dont know, i am very much tensed please help me

You have not said what your major is. I went for accounting, because i do not care for many people and i thought that would be something i could do by myself, only answering to the final line by line placement. Having bottom line the deciding factor.
