What would you consider the best Metallica Fast Song?

Well we could list so much from the kill em' all album but what do you think is the best fast song of theirs? I would rate Battery really fast really thrashy and just really in your face song. What do you think?

The only Metallica songs I know are the ones that were released but as soon as I read this 'Fuel' came to mind. It's one that gets me pumped up when I hear it and I head bang real fast!

Yup Fuel is a pretty cool song too...You just feel the need to be fast when you hear it....

I dont think so! Go grab Kill em All and find what is fast or uber fast! The best heavy metal ever in that period! And the album ...And Justice for All, which was the best thrash metal album at the time who`s got great tracks aswell, like mostly Metallica tracks!
I do enjoy, prefer the first Metallica era so I recommend it to you too! Trust me, its worth it!
And to answer at the first topic, the fastest song to me is Dyers Eve!!

Metallica is known for their speed. My favorite would have to be battery. Great song with whipping energy. Good for headbanging to.

BATTERY is indeed the fastest (and hardest to play in guitar, except for the intro :D) metallica song out there. i also attempted to play this one on Guitar Hero, and i didn't even lasted for 2mins!

Yeah I agree with you on battery, another great son being disposable heros on master of puppets album. Master of puppets is good.

For some reason, Fuel comes to mind, but that isnt really fast the whole way through......Battery or My Apocolypse would probably be my nominees

My favorite songs are Whiplash, Metal Militia, Damage Inc, Four Horsemen . . . My Apocalypse from the new album is not bad as well :) I've never been huge Metallica fan, but I have a lot of favorite songs. Actually, they are one of the bands I grew up with. I haven't been on a Metallica concert yet! Hopefully, I'll see them one day.
